Terms of Service

Welcome to AlignBookPros! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website alignbookpros.sbs and the podcast production services offered by AlignBookPros ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
AlignBookPros offers professional podcast production services including, but not limited to, audio editing, mixing, mastering, sound design, music integration, transcription, show notes creation, and podcast launch & distribution support. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between AlignBookPros and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary raw audio files, content, and instructions in a timely manner as agreed upon.
- Clients must ensure that all content provided to AlignBookPros (audio, music, images, scripts) complies with copyright laws and that they have the necessary rights and permissions for its use.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables. Any revisions requested after final approval may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and due dates, will be specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will retain all intellectual property rights to the final podcast content produced by AlignBookPros on their behalf. AlignBookPros retains the right to use portions of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
AlignBookPros agrees to keep all client information, content, and project details confidential, using it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes public through no fault of AlignBookPros.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlignBookPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
